About the Role
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Schedule maintenance with the company’s shop as needed
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
Arrive on time at job sites and remain until the day’s tasks are completed
Accurately complete and submit required paperwork daily
Comply with all DOT rules and regulations for Hazmat CDL holders, including maintaining an accurate logbook
Participate in periodic drug and alcohol testing
Safely operate heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Requirements
Equipment Operated:
Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks with manual transmissions
Tankers, centrifuges, measurement devices
Tablets and printers

Safely operate heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Ability to use hands for handling tools, controls, and objects
Sit for extended periods while driving a hazmat tanker safely
Bend, twist, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl as necessary
Work in dirt and gravel lot environments with potential tripping hazards
Lift up to 75 lbs
Chain all four tires when necessary, involving lifting 50+ lbs of chains in adverse conditions such as snow, ice, and mud
Maneuver hoses weighing 30-50 lbs at chest height
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, pumpers, and other personnel
Climb 30-foot stairs to the top of oil tanks multiple times per shift
Schedule and Additional Expectations:
4 days on, 4 days off work schedule
Proficient in using GPS for navigating to various job sites and routes
Comfortable using mobile apps required by customers to submit paperwork
